Returns and Exchanges


Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for cancellation, exchange and refund will be as follows:



We understand what it feels like to be on the other side of the trade, to see your money go to waste. To avoid any such disappointments and make sure that our customers only have a happy experience shopping with us, we check our product for damages multiple times before we pack them for you. But in case we miss out, we will accept returns in ONLY two cases:

The product is damaged*

The product received is incorrect

*Weaving or handwork irregularities are not considered as damaged. We suggest you choose carefully before making an order.

If the product is used, worn, or damaged after it was delivered, the return request will not be accepted.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

The packing of the products must be retained as received.

Returns will not be entertained after the given time period.


Few products are exempted from the return policy such as gift cards, health and personal care products, paper-made items, custom-made orders and any fabric less than one meter.

Products bought in SALE are not applicable for return/exchange/refund. Sale products are a final sale only.

Returns can be sent to us through any reputed courier service available in your area. We will reimburse return shipping charges, either adjusted in the refund amount or in the form of a gift card which is applicable on the website.


Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the damaged/incorrect goods back to us. Goods will be examined to ensure they are unused, not tampered with, and returned in the same condition as sent.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of PAYTM payments refund will be made to the same account.


Refunds can be credited to your bank account or if you choose, you can take a gift card instead and use it to shop on the website for an equal amount.


We will refund the paid amount in full for canceled orders that are canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. An order cannot be canceled once it’s dispatched from our warehouse or if the weaver has started work on your given order. If the the order is prepaid, refunds will be initiated within 7 days and will reflect in bank account within 14 days (as per bank process).
